Chef Patron Edgar Osojnik's cuisine is a delicious mix of the innovative and the traditional one of a few gifted, creative chefs in the Cape. He uses free range and organic produce wherever possible.
The menu is categorised in four sections with each section offering around five dishes:
'some classics' represent fresh and easy dishes such as starters and the most popular dishes such as Edgar's Caesars Salad or Steak Tartare.
'rustic affairs' offers hearty dishes such as Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Fish and Chips or Chalmar Beef".
'indulge' is for those fine dining aficionados.
'desserts' offers a fresh and delicious Raspberry Souffle; or for the serious chocoholic the 'Buitenverwachting Chocolate Variation' amongst other yummy treats for those who have a sweet tooth.
